update: I completed the APIs and Microservices Projects but didn’t get my certification

you don’t get the certification automatically, you need to claim it! the same as you did for the previous ones, if this one is not your first one. Go to the settings to claim it

I’ve also been getting “We cannot reach the server to update your progress.” the last couple of days.

I have the same problem and it’s only with the last unit of “Applied Visual Design”, the rest work fine, it’s only this unit that gives me “cannot reach server”.

Please, I want to advance on Responsive certificate but can’t get the last CSS lesson in Applied Visual Design to be marked ok.

you can progress anyway, just go to the list of challenges and chose the next one

anyway, what happens when you use the Run and/or Submit button?

have you tried changing browser, logging out and back in again etc?

if you then are unable to log in it may be you have a duplicated account - it is a thing I have seen happen to a few people. If that’s the case you need to reach directly to support, at support@freecodecamp.org

This issue was happening to me in Chrome. I tried the same in EDGE and it was working fine! :slight_smile:

Why doesnt it work in chrome?

I don’t know, do you have any error in the console? were you already logged in in edge?

Yes. Im getting the following error:
Access to XMLHttpRequest at ‘https://api.freecodecamp.org/internal/update-my-current-challenge’ from origin ‘https://www.freecodecamp.org’ has been blocked by CORS policy: Method OPTIONS is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Methods in preflight response.
