Weather app icon property changed

In FCC weather API somehow changed key - value for icon property for particular coordinates and now it is “13d”, as shown at screenshot. For other coords it works perfectly.

Any suggestions whats it can be ?

Those coordinates seem to report 2 weather conditions as weather.0 and weather.1, not sure what that means.
It should look like this https://fcc-weather-api.glitch.me/api/current?lat=40.5&lon=30.4
