I have started learning HTML and CSS back in August 2017. Because of work during Sept-Feb, I was unable to put any time. Now I have time since things have slowed down. Where are websites there are practice examples to use in a code editor? I continue to master all the basics so they can become second-nature.

Codepen is an excellent site to practice coding concepts and to create a portfolio of your work. Sign up for a free account https://codepen.io/accounts/signup/user/free. There are many others but this is the main one used by fcc campers.
Also, it will come in handy when you are doing the fcc challenges what require a link to your solution.
