What is a good open source weather API

I’m looking for an open source Weather API without a call limit to complete the weather app project please help.

There’s the freeCodeCamp Weather API passthrough, which uses the OpenWeather API. There’s also Dark Sky, though I’m not sure if it’s open source. It’s also capped at 1000 free calls per day, but I think it’s good enough for the project.
