What is the browser zoom and how do I change it

So I finally got the smaller image on but it still doesn’t let me do anything with the browser zoom. What am i doing wrong?

If you’ve never changed the zoom on your browser, then that is very likely not your problem. The FCC test just reminds you to reset your browser zoom to 100% if needed because the test will fail if the zoom is changed. This is not why the test is failing in your case. Look at your code. Look at the location of your .smaller-class definition.
