Hey guys i just finished completing the jquery challanges, i would like to know if i have to learn javascript before hand to build the simon game which is the next step in developing my coding skills. by the way i know this is a stupid question.
You will definitely want to use external resources as you are working on that project.

The Simon Game project comes after the JavaScript sections of FCC, so of course you need to know JavaScript.
I kind of sounds like your’re trying to skip ahead… after the JQuery challenges comes the first projects, build a tribute page and portfolio. Skipping the entire course to start the Simon course, you’ll miss out on everything you need to know to be able to complete the final projects.
