Hmm… interesting. But the deployment and management (using git) of code is easier too. I am willing to confirm my credit card for 100 free apps.
I’ve never minded paying a bit for hosting. It’s better to pay $1/month and have unmetered / multiple Tb of bandwidth, than to pay nothing and get suspended for too much traffic after sending a few Gb.

employers (especially who offer remote opportunities) appeared to really like the feature when you can give them a link to an app in development, so that it can be tested by them how it works ‘right now’.
